ASME SB622 HASTELLOY® C-276 tubes are premium corrosion-resistant components designed for critical heat exchange applications, combining robust mechanical properties with exceptional durability in harsh chemical and thermal environments.
Material Composition

    • Chromium (Cr): 14.5-16.5%
    • Molybdenum (Mo): 15-17%
    • Tungsten (W): 3-4.5%
    • Iron (Fe): 4-7%
  • Impurity Limits:
    • Carbon (C): ≤0.01% (minimizes sensitization during welding)
    • Silicon (Si): ≤0.08%, Manganese (Mn): ≤1%, Sulfur (S): ≤0.03%
    • Cobalt (Co): ≤2.5%, Vanadium (V): ≤0.35%

  • Excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments
  • Resists pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking (SCC)
