Manufacturing Details

All pipes are heat-treated at 1900°F [1040°C] and are free of scale and contaminating exogenous iron particles. Surface finishing options include pickling, blasting, or bright annealing with optional passivating treatment.

Quality Tests

Each tube undergoes rigorous testing including: Transverse/Longitudinal Tension Test, Flattening Test, Grain Size Analysis, Flaring Test, Flange Test, Hardness Test, and Hydrostatic/Nondestructive Electric Test.
