Product Description

ASTM A335/ASME SA335 Gr. P9 Alloy Steel Studded Tubes are designed for convection chambers in heating furnaces within the petrochemical industry, significantly enhancing the heat transfer coefficient at the fuming side. These studded tubes offer two to three times the heat transfer surface area compared to standard light tubes.

Studded tubes are manufactured using power frequency contact-type resistance welding and upsetting force fusion welding, creating an integrated heat exchange component that maintains structural integrity while optimizing thermal performance.
